Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Amaisè Cosmetics cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect address information has been provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the parcel not being collected, a re-shipping fee will be required to send the order again.

If your lips are bleeding or the skin is broken, avoid applying products directly from the applicator until healing has progressed.
