Returns & Order Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and the hygiene standards required to maintain product safety, Amaisè Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been dispatched. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

Our products are designed with skin safety in mind, including use alongside aesthetic treatments. For this reason, once a product has left our premises it cannot be returned due to potential contamination risks.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, amend or modify the order in any way. This includes:

• Cancelling an order

• Changing the delivery address

• Updating contact details

• Adding or removing items from the order

Orders enter our fulfilment process immediately and therefore cannot be altered once confirmed.

Delivery Information

Orders are shipped between Tuesday to Friday. Please note that any international orders may take longer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Amaisè Cosmetics cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect address information has been provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the parcel not being collected, a re-shipping fee will be required to send the order again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our team can review and assist you as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, a replacement item will be arranged.
