Delivery Information

Orders are shipped between Tuesday to Friday. Please note that any international orders may take longer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

Amaisè Cosmetics cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect address information has been provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the parcel not being collected, a re-shipping fee will be required to send the order again.

Returns & Order Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and the hygiene standards required to maintain product safety, Amaisè Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been dispatched. This applies to both opened and unopened products.

Our products are designed with skin safety in mind, including use alongside aesthetic treatments. For this reason, once a product has left our premises it cannot be returned due to potential contamination risks.

To maintain hygiene and product safety, always keep the applicator clean or use a separate disposable applicator. Introducing blood, lymph fluid, or other bodily fluids into lip products can cause cross-contamination, encourage bacterial growth, and increase the risk of infection. If your lips are bleeding or the skin is broken, avoid applying products directly from the applicator until healing has progressed.
How should I apply the products after treatment?
